Glitz and glamour: Prom had both. On April 1 as 44 couples arrived at the masquerade-themed gymnasium for Grand March. While there, they paraded around showing community and family members their outfits.

The work the junior class and volunteers took to set up for the party-like Prom took 14 hours, plus the time it took to make some decorations.

“I think the decorating went well, it was a success,” Dorothy Neely, junior class sponsor, said.

After Prom took place in Kansas City at SkyZone, a trampoline park. Those who went were bussed to the location where they ate pizza, jumped into foam pits and played dodgeball on a trampoline.

“I had never been there before,” Bailee Hosfelt, jr., said. “I’m glad I got to experience it.”
